Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase or before the order is prepared for shipment, whichever comes first.

Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, a restocking fee of 15%–20% and any applicable shipping or delivery charges may apply, depending on the manufacturer or supplier.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Return Policy

Returns require prior authorization. To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Mattresses

  • Personal bedding items

  • Cordless power packs

  • Custom or special-order products

Authorized returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Approved returns may be subject to return shipping costs and a 15%–20% restocking fee, depending on the product and supplier.

Refunds are issued after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or applied as store credit toward replacement merchandise of equal or greater value.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and arrange a resolution.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure products arrive in good condition. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a resolution.
